CPR & First Aid training
Each year in the United States approximately 356,000 sudden cardiac arrests occur. 90% of those patients will die. Quality EMS strives to reduce that number by providing in house and community CPR and First Aid Classes.
You can help us reduce those deaths by taking a CPR or CPR/First Aid class. We provide American Heart Association training.
**Due to staffing and health concerns, CPR training is currently available on a limited basis.
Carseat Checks
Quality EMS understands the importance of proper placement of car seats. We have trained technicians to make sure your car seat is installed correctly.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 723 children, 12 and younger, died as occupants in motor vehicles in crashes in 2016 and more than 128,000 were injured. Of those fatalities, 35 percent were not properly buckled. This is why it’s so important for parents, guardians, and caretakers to understand the significance of choosing and installing a car seat.
